As with MNFurs other major event, Furry Migration, we at MidWinter Frolic have a stated policy that we do not offer refunds. In extreme situations and depending on circumstances (such as COVID or extreme weather) we may have offer these options:
- A refund minus a non-refundable $10 deposit to cover registration cost and our base park rental deposit agreement. We have committed costs and have to cover these.
- However, because we want you to attend Midwinter Frolic, we will waive this deposit if you simply rollover your registration to next year’s event. For all transfers and rollovers, we must be made aware that you wish this option as soon as possible to be able to implement these.
